How does it work?

Meals are delivered twice a week, packed in dry ice and ready to heat and eat. The plan has four weeks of different meals, including desserts and snacks. Clients are permitted to double up on some selections and make substitutions for an additional fee.

Diet-To-Go offers complete meals that include real food that has been prepared for you so there’s no worry about selecting the right foods. The plan also includes snacks like shakes, fruit juices, and snack bars, as well as pretzels and other snacks. The meals themselves include such fare as Chicken Parmesan, Grilled Italian Chicken, Mexican Style Burritos, Vegetable Ravioli, and Meatloaf. Sides include broccoli, green beans, sweet potatoes, dinner rolls, rice, carrots, and cous cous.

The cost of the Diet to Go Plan varies according to factors such as whether you are committing to the plan for one week or four, the type of plan you select, the calorie value of your plan, how many meals per day you will require, and whether you will include snacks and substitutions. A full week of breakfast, lunch, and dinner without any snacks runs $125.99 for the 1600 calorie-a-day plan and $112.99 for the 1200 calorie-a-day plan.
