eDiets Deliciously Yours Review
What is it?
The eDiets Deliciously Yours diet considers itself less of a diet than a “meal delivery plan”. The plan offers three meals a day, plus a snack or dessert that are fully cooked and shipped to your door in their “stay fresh” packaging ready to heat and eat. Meals are not frozen, canned, or powdered. Meals can only be shipped to U.S. address, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. The plan concentrates on taste because even dieters are not apt to stick with a plan if the food isn’t delicious.
How does it work?
Dieters sign up for the ediets Deliciously Yours plan online or by calling 1-877-YOUR-DIET and can customize their order by choosing from over fifty different meals. New users get one free meal with their first order. Orders are billed weekly and a shipping and handling fee of $19.95 is additional. Shipments require a signature, but you can have them sent to your home or office.
What kind of food will I eat?
Breakfasts on the Deliciously Yours plan include granola, muffins, and breakfast bars. Lunch and dinner offerings on the Deliciously Yours plan include Shrimp Scampi, Lemon Rosemary Chicken, Oven Roasted Snapper, Smoked Amana Ham, and Beef Steak with Chili Sauce. Side dishes include Barley Pilaf and Sicilian Vegetables, Asparagus Bake and Corn, Asian Style vegetables, and Spaghetti Squash. Desserts and snacks on the plan include Angel Food Cake with Lemon Pudding, Berry Ricotta Phyllo Dessert Cups, and Cinnamon Baked Apple with Ricotta. The plan is designed to help members lose about a pound or two a week.
What does it cost?
The eDiets Deliciously Yours diet delivery plan costs $15.95 per day or $111.65 total for a week with an additional charge of $19.95 for shipping and handling. Users are required to commit to a full 28 days on the plan and there is a $17.95 monthly membership fee that is automatically billed to your credit card.

Pros and Cons
The eDiets Deliciously Yours plan offers a reasonably priced diet meal delivery service at only $15.95 per day. After all, if you’re a fast food aficionado, you probably spend at least five or six bucks a meal, so the cost of the plan should balance out with your fast food savings. Like many other food delivery plans, there is little discussion of exercise on the plan’s website, but members are provided online access to a personal trainer to help them with the exercise component of their weight loss goals. The meals are nutritionally sound and, even with the hidden membership fees and shipping and handling, the plan is still a reasonable way to avoid the food traps of dieting by having all of the work done for you.
