This slows down your metabolism even further.
On the other hand, if you eat a little less, become a little more active, and have proper nutrition you will be able to lose body fat and keep it off. Physical activity also boosts your mood and self-esteem, and can help prevent many different health problems.
Any physical movement you fit into your day – even five minutes of walking or one extra flight of stairs – helps keep your body burning calories.
